How long does generation take?
Most AI portraits are generated within seconds to a couple of minutes. During periods of high demand it may take a little longer. Your finished image is delivered digitally as soon as it is ready.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, under the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Because AI generation is a digital service, refunds are limited once an image has been successfully delivered. If something went wrong, contact support and we will help.
What image formats are supported?
Generated portraits are delivered as standard high-quality image files (PNG and/or JPG). Uploaded source photos can be common formats such as JPG and PNG.
How is my privacy protected?
Your uploads are used only to generate the portrait you requested. Images are private by default, we do not sell your photos, and we do not train our models on your uploads. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I upload family photos?
Yes. You can upload photos of yourself and family members, provided you have the right to use them. Please do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (including Stripe) over an encrypted SSL connection. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
