LucoreLab ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over your data.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact data: email address you provide at checkout or sign-up.
  • Uploaded images and prompts: the photos and text you submit to generate portraits.
  • Order and payment metadata: plan, amount, order ID, and masked payment references (full card data is handled by our payment providers, not stored by us).
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs used for security and fraud prevention.

How we use uploaded images

Uploaded images are used solely to generate the AI portrait you requested and to deliver the result to you.

We do not sell your uploaded images. We do not publish private generations; images are private by default unless you explicitly choose to make them public.

Do we train AI on your images?

We do not use your uploaded photos to train our own AI models. Your images are processed to fulfill your order only.

Generation is performed through third-party AI processing providers strictly to produce your requested output.

How long we keep data

Uploaded images and generated results are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and to let you access your purchases, after which they may be deleted.

Order and billing records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

You may request earlier deletion of your images and account data by contacting support.

GDPR (EU/EEA users)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, email support@lucorelab.com. We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), and consent where applicable.

CCPA (California users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" of personal information.
